Winthrop Area Clinic is a full-service clinic with basic on-site lab and radiology capabilities.

In addition to services provided on-site, we're backed by the services and specialties offered by New Ulm Medical Center and Allina Hospitals & Clinics.

Tuesday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our team of family medicine physicians, a nurse practitioner and staff bring top-of-the-line health care to the Winthrop residents and workforce.

  • Jean Eelma, MD, orthopedic surgeon, sees patients every other Tuesday.
  • Stephen Gilles, MD, sees patients Monday and Wednesday mornings.
  • Kara Jorve, MD, sees patients Thursday mornings.
  • Michelle Wilkening, MD, sees obstetric and primary care patients Tuesday.
  • Michelle Owens, nurse practitioner, sees patients every afternoon and all day Fridays.
